Account Registration

Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposits
Users can deposit funds on qe999 using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
Using the correct payment reference at the time of deposit is mandatory. qe999 is not responsible for delays or issues caused by an incorrect reference.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required if verification is in progress or unusual activity is detected.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on qe999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the applicable exchange rate will be used.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳8,000 will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses have a fixed usage period — any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts may result in account cancellation.
- qe999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- If a bonus offer has separate terms, those terms will apply.
VIP Program
The qe999 VIP program has five tiers, earned based on user activity:
- Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Users can advance to higher tiers through regular betting activity. The benefits and conditions of each tier are published separately.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qe999 platform:
- Creating an account with false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Strategic betting with the intent to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
- Transferring control of an account to a third party.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or software.
- Using another user's account information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
If a prohibited activity is proven, qe999 reserves the right to immediately close the account and cancel funds.
